The Donut Shoppe is Hiring a Baker Near Jacksonville, FL
job Description
The Donut Shoppe is looking for a Baker to join our team. This position will be responsible for preparing cake and yeast donuts while managing kitchen production and staff. The Baker will use a Hobart mixer, cut tables, proof box, and fryers to prepare the final product.
Qualifications
- Baking, Pastry, or Culinary Degree or experience in hand-cut donuts Preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an eye on quality
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Must be able to follow instructions and be able to multi-task
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds frequently unassisted and able to stand for long periods of time, including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
