We are currently seeking an experienced Night Baker/ Donut Maker to join our team in our Glendora Location

The Baker needs to be adequate at communicating with others regarding all aspects of production such as, proper frying time, order fulfillment, and production schedule. About the Role:

The Baker is responsible for mixing, cutting, proofing and frying all donuts on his or her shift. Production at The Donut Man can and will be high volume and it is the Baker’s responsibility to meet all production demands for their shift while upholding all quality standards set forth by the company. All donut shops have a company specific way of producing their product and Donut is no different. It is required that the Baker adapt to the techniques and forms of The Donut Man.

What you’ll do:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods.

Set oven temperatures and place items into hot fryer for cooking.

Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, or cooking machinery.

Place dough on table, hand roll, shape, and cut.

Set time and speed controls for mixing machines and blending machines so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.

Our Perfect Candidate

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or Vocational Certification

1 years relevant work experience as a Donut Baker

Experienced in mixing and baking ingredients

Able to follow all recipes

Attention to detail and quality of product

Ability to work different shifts between (5pm-2:30am)

Food Handlers Certification a big plus or Company is willing for you to get certified

Physical Demand - The Baker position is a physically demanding job. All aspects of rolling and cutting the dough are done by hand. Lifting up to 50 lbs waist high, rolling dough, and cutting every single donut by hand.
