Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, donuts and cookies. Primary focus will be on bread and donuts.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bakery and/or producing baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to meet production deadlines.
-MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT / MANAGE INGREDIENTS AND DOUGH WEIGHING 50lbs. for an extended length of time.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately and produce consistent results
