Salary: $22-24 per hour
Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician of a 272-unit residential apartment community located in Silver Spring, MD (Vista at White Oak).
- A minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training in apartment maintenance is preferred.
- General Knowledge of Maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Cover on-call emergencies.
- Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation.
