We are in search of a dynamic individual, who will be based in Woburn, MA, to manage multiple residential apartment communities in the New England region.

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the assigned property portfolio by:

In addition, the Regional Property Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing creative programs to increase the property value and manage daily property activities in such a manner as to win and maintain the respect and goodwill of all residents through exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.

To perform the job successfully a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a property management setting as well as knowledge of property management software MRI, Nexus etc. CAM and/or CAPS designation a plus.
