The Dog Stop® seeks a Full time Front Desk Attendant. This person will be responsible for overseeing all canine and employee activities. Must have a positive attitude and be confident and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Candidates with strong backgrounds in employee leadership and retail experience are preferred. While front of house shifts are required, back of house shifts may also be assigned. Willing to work different shifts. 

Weekend work is required!

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

• Welcome customers and run dogs to designated playroom or kennel areas
• Answer phone calls/e-mails
• Schedule requested services
• Supervise and interact with dogs in a safe and compassionate manner.
• Customer Service
• Employee Management
• Retail Sales/Inventory Tracking
• Balancing Charges and Cash Intake
• Supervise our playroom/kennel attendants team throughout the shift
• Designate chores and duties required
