Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of our food service establishment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all food service activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on proper food safety procedures and culinary techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shift management or restaurant management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Skills:

- Restaurant management: Previous experience in restaurant management, including overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
