Our flagship transitional work program-- Ready, Willing & Able-- integrates paid work, occupational training, and holistic supportive services to facilitate an individual’s return to mainstream society.
The Doe Fund has an annual operating budget of $65 million and a full-time staff of 400 .
We are seeking a Part Time Resident Manager for The Doe Fund's newest permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. The program is designed to provide long-term residential care and twenty-four-hour support services in a community environment that maximizes residents' independence while ensuring their physical and emotional security and well-being. This 255-unit residence will provide housing for 153 individuals and families referred by the New York City HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) and the rest 102 units will be apartments for moderate-income households.
The Part Time Resident Manager is responsible for the supervision of the residents and the overall operation of the facility during designated shifts. They will work collaboratively with the Clinical team and the Program Director to ensure that resident needs are being met as well as the safety of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills along with experience working with the HIV/AIDS population.
The part-time shifts we are looking to cover are: Saturdays and Sundays 9 am to 9 pm OR 9pm to 9am.
