JOB SUMMARY: The Night Data Entry Shipping Coordinator will play a vital role in our ability to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience while balancing efficient and smooth internal operations. If you enjoy being the point person responsible for facilitating workflow, communicating with internal and external contacts, resolving issues effectively and efficiently, can handle multi-tasking, and have a get-it-done attitude, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the shipment of goods from the company to customers
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and timely manner to operations team members via email regarding general order information, delivery issues, product information, and credits.
• Enter customer orders accurately
• Monitor email inbox and voicemail throughout the evening
• Prepare shipping documents and verify accuracy of pick sheets, shipping labels, route sheets, and invoices
• Assist with inventory management and control for specific products required in the night shipping process
• Enter shipping and receiving information into computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and complete daily reporting on productivity tracking metric spreadsheets for selectors
• Compile daily product shortages in spreadsheets for sales and purchasing
• Have a proven ability to work within and across departments to effectively solve problems
• Scheduled hours 9 pm - 5:30 am
