The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project and/or client management experience overseeing multi-site development and specific experience in commercial development entitlements. Candidate will lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, permit expeditors and other consultants to meet project specific goals. Candidate should have advanced knowledge of all aspects of the land development process. Day to day activities will include but are not limited to: interfacing and establishing expectations with client; creating and actively managing project schedules; coordination of both internal team members and external resources; collaborating to establish scope of work and division of labor documents; contract and lease reviews; perform due diligence research; ability to present solutions to accomplish client’s goals; project reporting; and other tasks that may arise.
