Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling various insurance policies to clients. This is a sales-focused, 100% commission-based role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and meet sales targets
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance underwriters
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of benefits administration and different types of insurance policies
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
