Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Create and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Knowledge of the local market and understanding of customer preferences
- Ability to manage inventory and stock levels efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
