Looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish, written and conversational skills) Dental Receptionist for a Multi-Specialty Dental Office. Two (2) years of experience working in the dental field required. Knowledge of Open Dental is preferred, but not required. The candidate should be able to manage phone calls in both languages with a strong phone etiquette that represents our practice. Systematic data entry with attention to detail. This position requires the candidate to be able to also verify dental insurance eligibility and coverage (training available). Collect and post payments. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, be a good team player, be personable and punctual. The office is very clean and modern with the highest technology. Our office work environment is very professional, yet casual and genuine. We focus on patient experience and costumer service. Our team is very positive and welcoming.
