The Demiris Law, Firm, A Professional Corporation, is an up and coming Walnut Creek and Livermore law firm specializing in civil, probate, conservatorship, and elder law litigation. We are looking for a chief litigation attorney who is ambitious, a "go-getter" with a minimum of 10 years of experience handling serious civil litigation matters and with extensive trial experience. Opportunity to appear in court, handle trial matters. Salary commensurate with experience and skill level. 90-day probationary period.

Emphasis on well-developed writing skills. Candidates will be required to provide writing samples. This position is full-time.
