The Decoration Shop, LLC is Hiring an Account Manager over Embroidery Near Orem, UT
Main Objective
Manage the embroidery sales cycle for existing clients with the goal of maximizing sales.
Job Summary
Join the team that is changing the way that Branding is being done! As an Account Manager, you get the privilege of managing the branding of set clients. Your duties include maintaining a solid communication channel with the customer, overseeing jobs to ensure production is completed correctly and timely, finding solutions to any client issues, and working with other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.
Work Schedule
Must be able to work Monday - Friday (weekends off) 8 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage existing client accounts and increase sales and gross profit margins in cooperation with our Business
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Proactively identifying opportunities for sales
Being the product & service expert
Presenting creative product & service solutions
Presenting cross-sell and up-sell ideas to clients
Dealing with objections and closing sales
Managing the order writing and client confirmation process
Following up with the client post-delivery
Providing best-in-class customer service
Accountable for client satisfaction and for providing outstanding service
CRM activities & notes must be 100% up-to-date
CRM follow-up commitments & activities must be 100% on time
Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and for resolving issues Promptly – 100% on-time follow-up required
Expand sales with existing clients by introducing additional solutions and services
Meet or exceed established sales and gross profit margin goals
Contribute to market strategy by monitoring new products and client projects
Most work is performed in our office but occasional client visits may be required
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to effectively communicate and build and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and the junior manager level
Outstanding written and oral presentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
Ability to multi-task and work quickly while under pressure
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines
Caring, ability, and willingness to consistently go above and beyond to exceed client expectations
Strong belief in a systematic and structured approach to selling that includes the use of CRM technology to
manage your daily routine and be proactive
Tech savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to learn and embrace new technology
Self-motivated, friendly, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic
