Job Description:
Independent Electric Supply is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our digital marketing efforts, including website design, webstore management, and marketing design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong background in website design and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and webstore.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Design and create engaging content for online marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
- Analyze website and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to create cohesive marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, website design, and e-commerce.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries received through digital channels.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website design and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify.
