The Dartmouth Group is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Lexington, MA

Title: Client Services Representative

Pay Range: $23.00

Interested in joining a well-established Property Management Company that has been certified as a "Great Place to Work" five years in a row? We are looking for someone passionate about customer service to become a part of our close-knit team.

We have a A great entry-level opportunity if you are looking to get into the property management field.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Assist homeowners by answering basic property management or accounting questions
  • Escalate calls to property management team when needed
  • Monitor shared client services inbox. Answer basic questions or escalate to property management team
  • Provides administrative and customer support to Property Management Team to include; entering maintenance requests, requests for documents, and owner portal support.
  • Assist with project activities including outlook calendar, equipment scheduling
  • Assist with data entry
  • Receive and sort daily mail from the post office and mailbox, scan and send mail to remote workers and bring mail to mailbox each night. Addressing and sending Fed Ex, Priority Mail, when requested.
  • Responsible for monitoring of office and kitchen supply inventory levels and purchasing. Keep all areas clean and orderly
  • Responsible for keeping the office well-stocked and in order, including postage machine, folding machine, printers, and copier (keeping stocked with paper etc.)
  • Work as a team with other client service representatives to ensure all daily tasks are completed

Background, Skills, and Abilities

  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer service and administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn software systems
  • Able to pass a drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
