The DAP Strategy is Hiring a Client Success Manager Near San Benito, TX

DAP Brands is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager.

Position Overview:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our client-facing team, responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and success of our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any challenges or concerns. Through strategic planning and effective communication, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to drive client engagement, maximize value delivery, and promote client growth and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients, serving as their advocate within the organization.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively align our solutions and services with their needs.
  • Proactively identify and address client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to deliver seamless client experiences and drive value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client engagement, retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor client metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to mitigate churn and promote client success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, services, and industry trends, providing guidance and support to clients as needed.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our client success strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a go-getter
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Relationship Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
