Responsibilities
- Selling, shampooing, and styling wigs and hair toppers
- Remain up to date with trends and techniques including attending courses or workshops
- Achieve customer goals by completing beauty procedures such as haircuts, styling, etc.
- Ability to advise and recommend services based on customer needs
- Work with other technicians to maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Cosmetology license
- Experience working in cosmetology
- Ability to listen and communicate efficiently
- Strong sense of aesthetics
- Exceptional customer service skills
