**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties:**

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items

- Take customer orders accurately and process payments

- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience

- Operate the Clover POS system for order entry and payment processing

- Ensure all work areas are sanitized according to health regulations

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred

- Proficiency in retail math for cash handling and transactions

- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales
