This is a terrific opportunity for a board certified or eligible orthopedic surgeon to establish themselves as the go to orthopedic surgeon in eastern Michigan near the shores of Lake Huron.

The new recruit will assume the practices of two retiring surgeons and be the only orthopedic surgeon in the area. The community has very few orthopedic emergencies and any they do have can be shipped out.

Any call can typically be handled by phone consult.

• The position offers an MGMA based guaranteed salary plus a percentage of collections once expenses are met.
• Relocation assistance and signing bonus available.
• Six weeks of paid time off.
• The surgeon will typically cover each clinic one day a week and preform surgeries two more days a week. The fifth day is there for overflow.
• The community is only a 15 minute drive from the shores of Lake Huron and is one hour from Saginaw and 1.5 hours from Detroit and Port Huron.
