The CSG Group of Companies is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Exeter, NH

Responsibilities:
- Process and record accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving billing-related concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and regulations
- Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements
- Experience working in financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as PeopleSoft, for processing transactions
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and data analysis
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and address their concerns
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a bonus for handling healthcare-related accounts receivable
- Ability to perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
