II. The Breakfast A housekeeper is responsible for upholding the company’s cleanliness standards and HACCP Guidelines.

Buffet shall be completely set for guests by 6:30 am each day and remain stocked and clean until 9:30am. At that time broken down and kitchen cleaned and prepped for next day.

III. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Cleaning Responsibilities 90%

 Rotate stock and ensures freshness (Essential)

 Sanitize and clean all work stations..

 Dust/wipe down all room surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

 Mop all floors.

 Restock all ingredients.

 Assure buffet set to standards of that day.

 Cleans and maintains personal workstation by properly stocking.

Guest Service Ongoing
 Offers guests assistance whenever possible.

 Responsible for busing and making sure Breakfast cafe clean and presentable for guests.

 Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.





Other Duties as Assigned 20%

 Completes daily order and prep work for next day



IV. SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

 High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.

 Previous restuarant experience a plus.

 Ability to efficiently work under time constraints.

 Superior customer service skills.

 Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.

 Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25-50 pounds frequently.

 Able to work a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Part-time
