**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience. **Duties:** - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials **Skills:** - Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service preferred - Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar reservation systems - Strong communication and guest relations skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of food service procedures and practices If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to have you join our team as a Host/Host.
