The Courtyard at Oshkosh is an Community Based Residential Facility where elderly and/or disabled reside.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Quality assurance for clinical needs of residents, oversight of medication administration program, monthly psychotropic medication reviews, direct caregivers related to nursing related situations, delegation, employee training, documentation in residents records, coordinate resident care, complete care plans and evaluations.

Work Experience:

Preferred experience in a Community Based Residential Facility type setting

Education:

Registered Nursing license valid in State of Wisconsin
