The Counseling Hub is looking to hire a licensed, full-time Clinical Therapist with experience and interest in working with trauma or couples. ABOUT THE POSITION | DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Therapist will report directly to the Managing Director of the practice and the State board. The primary purpose of the Clinical Therapist position is to maintain an active caseload of individual clients and excel in clinical growth. This entails but is not limited to the following:

Client Services

• maintain active caseload 
• maintain electronic records for active caseload
• complete client notes within 72 hours
• engage in feedback-informed treatment
• abide by legal and ethical standards
• other duties as assigned

Miscellaneous Duties and Responsibilities

• track clinical work via clinical log
• attend monthly all-team meetings
• maintain an active license to practice in the state of Missouri
• take part in The Counseling Hub committees (optional)
• create and/or host professional development trainings (optional and with support)
• embody the values of The Counseling Hub and maintain the culture of the practice
• other duties as assigned

HOURS, PAY, AND BENEFITS

This is a W2 position with PTO, retirement, short-term disability, an accrued professional development fund, an ACA-compliant healthcare option, dental insurance, and vision insurance. As a full-time, fully-licensed Clinical Therapist, the salary range is approximately $55,000-$75,000 (based on per session commission) with a base salary of $36,000 to start and an expectation for 32 client-facing available hours (with a minimum of 24 clinical sessions held each week).

Applicants must have an active license in the state of Missouri in order to be eligible for hire. For this position, we are accepting only the following types of licenses:

• LPC
• LCSW
• PsyD or Licensed Psychologist
• LMFT
• PLPC
• LMSW

The Counseling Hub, LLC is a group counseling practice with locations in Columbia, Mo and Jefferson City, Mo. We provide online and in-person counseling/therapy for adult individuals, couples, and marriages (including alternative relationships and ethical non-monogamy) and provide generalist services with clinicians that specialize in anxiety, communication, conflict, affair recovery, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem and self-confidence, the queer community, gender therapy and gender-affirming letters, general life transitions, depression, and confidence.
