Job Summary:
We are seeking a SKILLED and EXPERIENCED Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that all drinks are made to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is required
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Proficient in cash handling and retail math skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
