Hello! Thank you for your intererst. We are seeking a fun and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Assistant Director. This role would be helping out in the office AND in the classroom as we build our enrollment and grow our school. We would love to consider this candidate to become the Director once we are of a capacity to require a full time director. The candidate applying for this position should be very reliable, flexible, and detail oriented. The roles would consistent of working in a classroom, answering phone calls, giving tours, updating files and some management of staff. This person should have a minimum of an associates degree and a desire to move into the Director role in the near future. The Director position does have a salary and benefits. Looking to form a relationship, train, and grow with our assistant director to a rewarding career in childcare. We are a Christian childcare center and we do incorporate some bible stories and lessons into our childcare curriculum. We look forward to hearing from you!

We are also looking for an experienced and reliable Childcare Providesr to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in their care, as well as engaging them in age-appropriate activities and assisting with basic needs such as feeding, changing diapers, and helping with homework. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, be patient and understanding, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop age-appropriate activities and learning experiences for children.
• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the home or facility.
• Interact with children in a positive and encouraging manner.
• Maintain records of attendance, meals served, and activities conducted.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
• Assist with toileting, dressing, and feeding as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
