The Convalarium, a rapidly growing organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with large facility or high volume facility to make a significant impact on our organization and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

· Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the efficient and effective operation of both facilities

· Oversee and manage all aspects of the facilities, including operations, finances, quality of care, and compliance with regulatory requirements

· Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent resident care and employee satisfaction

· Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, implement improvement initiatives as needed, and ensure financial targets are met

· Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement across the facilities

· Serve as a liaison between the facilities, corporate office, and regulatory agencies

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

· Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Ohio

· Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, preferably with large facility or high volume experience

· Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement processes

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team

· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Effective communication and relationship-building skills
