Job Description:
- Oversee Hotel Remodeling Projects - Full Remodels and PIP Renovations
- Propel the Project Forward with Precision and Efficiency
- Build and manage job schedules to hit target milestone dates.
- Comprehensive Management of Subs, Materials, and Employees
- Collaborate with Stakeholders for Seamless Operations
- Thoroughly Inspect and Ensure Compliance with Permits
- Review and analyze subcontractors/owner-directed change orders
- Order materials and schedule inspections necessary.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and customers.
- Prepare daily reports, safety reports, and schedules.
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards.
- Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy & regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean organized job site.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with necessary subs, vendors and customers.
- Minimum 5 Years of Commercial Superintendent Experience
- Proficient in Reading Blueprints and Architectural Plans
- Experience managing all MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Interior and Exterior Remodeling Commercial Experience
- Renovation and Ground-Up Construction Expertise
- Track Record of Managing Projects Ranging from $5M - $20M
- OSHA Certification Preferred
- Familiarity with BuilderTrend, Building Connected, and Pro-Core Software
- Completion Bonus Potential
- Accrued PTO with 2 Weeks of PTO after year one.
