Salary: $30-$35 per hour

Job Summary:
Join Paul V Fleming & Sons LLC as a Project Manager and oversee the construction of custom homes in the beautiful Newfound Lake area of Bristol, NH. Bring your leadership skills and construction expertise to our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, custom-built homes by the lake.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of custom home construction and remodeling projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Develop project estimates, plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, including carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, preferred, but not necessary
  • 5-10 Years of Proven experience as a project manager in the residential construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing custom home projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
