Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct in-home sales consultations to assess customer needs and recommend the best home improvement solutions.
Meet with confirmed, warm leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer locations.
Professional demeanor and wardrobe suitable for in-home sales consultations.
Must be willing to submit and pass a background check and drug screening.
Good driving record with a valid driver's license.
Coachable attitude and commitment to achieving a high level of personal performance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Travel to Surrounding Areas in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin

Travel requirement:

Travel 100 mile radius

Experience:

Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
In Home Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
