Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Engage with clients to assess their needs, offering expert advice and solutions for interior and exterior renovations, including kitchens, baths, and whole house projects.

• Develop and present project designs and estimates, ensuring proposals accurately reflect client requirements and budget.
• Manage sales from initial client meeting through to project bidding, maintaining relationships and ensuring a smooth transition to project execution.
• Leverage sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales volume.-Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive bids and project profitability.
• Conduct site visits to finalize design, color choices, and overall project expectations with clients.-Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Understand and apply knowledge of all MEPs, sub-trades, ADA, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliant and effective project proposals.

The ideal candidate should possess : -5 years of sales design and estimating experience, capable of managing projects independently from start to finish.

• Proven track record in handling projects with scopes ranging from $100k to $500k.-Strong background in both residential and commercial construction, with specific experience in cafes, restaurants, and similar projects preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in pricing strategy.-Proficiency in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to grow a client base and increase sales.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish is a significant advantage.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
