Job Title: Installation Technician
Job Summary:
- Efficiently complete assigned tasks under the direction of the Construction Foreman.
- Execute installations of sports flooring and equipment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and performance throughout each project.
- Uphold quality standards to achieve zero callbacks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the worksite clean and organized by removing debris daily.
- Prioritize safety at all times, following company and industry protocols.
- Accurately record working hours and submit them for approval using the provided App.
- Communicate any project delays or issues to the Construction Foreman promptly.
- Professionally address customer inquiries regarding project status.
- Utilize materials efficiently and report shortages to the Construction Foreman.
- Assist in maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to training initiatives.
- Offer suggestions for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and seek solutions when challenges arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in installation or construction is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring devices, and power equipment.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, weighing 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working on and building scaffolding, scissor lifts, skid steers, forklifts, and telehandlers is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
