Job Type: Full-Time (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: $20 - $50 /hr depending on experience

Job Summary:

Join our team at L.P. Security Maintenance Corp. as a Commercial Door and Hardware Installer and utilize your skills in installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial doors and hardware. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security and functionality of commercial properties through the installation of high-quality doors and hardware. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial doors, locks, and hardware for various properties.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to doors and hardware.
Work with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate door and hardware solutions.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and inventory of materials and equipment used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in replacing and repairing commercial doors, including masonry work, carpentry, framing, thresholds, etc.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Drug Screening before employment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in commercial door installation.

Proficiencies:

Experience in commercial door and frame installations of all types.
Basic safe repair and maintenance expertise.
Familiarity with access control systems and automatic door operators is advantageous.
