Job Title: Baggage Handling Systems Installer

Job Type: Full-Time (50 hours per week onsite on average - Variable Hours depending on job sites, Mostly Evening and Night Work, (7 pm - 4 am for example), Weekends, New Terminal Work could be dayshift.

Salary: $20 - $30/hr

Job Overview:

G and S Mechanical USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Baggage Handling Systems Installer for airport projects. This role offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $20 to $30/hr and an opportunity to work on dynamic airport installations.

Responsibilities:

Install Baggage Handling Systems, collaborating with Project Managers.
Travel to airports across the US and Canada, acting as the on-site representative.
Engage in meetings with clients, owners, unions, inspectors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare for on-site inspections.

Qualifications:

Experience with power tools, grinding, welding, electrical, machinery, etc.
Successful completion of background checks for Security Clearances (Homeland Security).
Previous Airport Construction experience is essential.
Possession of a valid passport is advantageous.
Understanding of Electrical, Controls, and Millwright is preferred.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer diagrams.
