This position will provide eligible children and their families enrolled within the Family Based department community home-based intensive Family, Group and Individual therapeutic and case management services under the guidelines and procedures of the program. The basis of the services is to prevent out of the home placement for children. The Family Based program provides intense therapeutic interventions and support services to the child and family in the home and community to empower the family to care for the child. The program also assists families in caring for deaf or hard of hearing children or adolescents with emotional problems. This position will primarily be responsible for development and implementation of all therapeutic strategies in accordance with the Family based model, providing guidance and structure to actively support the child and/or families in achieving their treatment plan goals.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software to access company e-mail and training and evaluation tools and MS Word word processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. CPR certification.
