Procurement Analyst is responsible for assisting in the procurement process by coordinating the purchase of services supporting the association’s internal functions including but not limited to Gen. Supplies and Operation, Finance, Audit, Meeting & Events, Marketing, IT and Professional Services. Advise, draft, and facilitate in the preparation of contracts and see through to their execution by staff. Specifically, tasks include negotiation, editing, preparation and submission of signature-ready contracts such as SOWs, COs, Master Services Agreements using templates or supplier-contract, including quotes, SaaS, subscription/memberships, etc., and purchase order processing. Work closely with the assigned Manager and Procurement team members, internal business contacts, legal staff, outside vendors, and other resources as needed to perform work in accordance with Policy and Procedures.
High volume of requests to be completed with quick turn around time. Remote/Teleworker (8 hours - 8 am- 5pm EST).
Duration 9 months with an opportunity to extend further based on performance.
