We are seeking a CRM Assistant Manager with experience in Adobe Campaign Manager
This is a 3 month Contract, 4 days onsite in NYC to support the team
Th e objective of this position is to support the CRM department with requests from multiple brands (business users) in regards to campaign delivery and data quality management within Adobe Campaign Classic (v7).

Th e objective of this position is to support the CRM department with requests from multiple brands (business users) in regards to campaign delivery and data quality management within Adobe Campaign Classic (v7).
- Create and implement Adobe Campaign workflows based on business requirements and using data from internal sources and list-based files
- Work with multiple brands withinto fulfill campaign delivery via email, sms, and other channels
- Continually improve and monitor data quality management in the Adobe Campaign database, regarding data import/export, duplicates management, and KPI calculations
- Support business users in their day-to-day Adobe Campaign activities (help on queries, data exploration, campaign delivery, editing web apps)
- Training business users in Adobe Campaign functionalities
- Support email creation using HTML and drag & drop email creation tools
- Launch additional communication channels as capabilities are enabled
- Interface with e-commerce teams to support trigger campaigns from websites
- Support the CRM Domain Manager in documenting non-standard or brand/regional specific processes (integrations with Adobe Campaign, API calls, connectors etc.) as needed
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2 years working with Adobe Campaign Classic
- Technical and functional knowledge of CRM, digital, and e-commerce
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple small projects at one time and keep relevant stakeholders up to date
- Ability to capture business requirements and translate into technical requirements
- Capacity to adapt the level of communication and synthesize information according to the audience
- Strong attention to detail
- Business Acumen
- Basic knowledge of beauty/retail industry KPIs
- Continual learning and sharing regarding new CRM or relevant marketing tools
- Technical Expertise
- Adobe Campaign Classic (business or developer certification preferred, but not required)
- Be familiar with data schemas, workflows, deliveries, personalization, and targeting
- Relational database and basic SQL, including ETL
- Programming language in JavaScript or equivalent
- Basic HTML for email development
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs is a plus
