Overview

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment. The Condado Ocean Club is a modern oasis in the middle of the city. This is a club open to all who value the unique experiences and cultural connections inspired by travel. Responsibilities

• To ensure that each guest is greeted with warm, friendly enthusiasm and seated at his/her table in the fastest possible time.
• To set the tone of anticipatory hospitality that will continue all through the restaurant, during the entire meal period.
• To supervise and control seating in the restaurant and ensure that guests are seated in stations so that noserver is overloaded with guests at any given time, and in a manner that is fair to all servers.
