As the Area Director, you will utilize a strengths-based approach to bring multiple teams together to make deliberate decisions that will drive development and growth. The Area Director must have an accomplished strategic background, effective interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, and possess a dynamic and energetic demeanor. In all areas of responsibility, the successful candidate will show a dedication to the Mission and Vision of CSN.
This is an exempt position with a starting wage range between $55k-$70k, based on talent, proven leadership skills, and decision making abilities. Office hours are Monday through Friday however services are 24/7 which may require some evenings and weekends.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services or a related field is preferred, but years of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities in a supervisory capacity will be considered (must possess a high school diploma or equivalent at minimum); two years’ experience in the field of intellectual disability services; and at least one year of previous supervisory experience.
