Weekends 1st shift - $3.00/hr
Weekends 2nd shift - $4.00/hr

SEEKING CARING AND COMPASSIONATE TEAMMATES? The Commons in Lincoln is hiring Nurses (RN or LPN) within our Skilled Nursing & Rehab Community!
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the CNAs
Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management process
Balances service demands with supporting resident independence
Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents'/patient's status
Observes and reports any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Director of Nursing, physician, family, CNAs and Nursing Home Administrator per state regulations
Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION
Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification
Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
