Key Responsibilities

• Align a content plan and studio capabilities for achieving marketing objectives while capture video and photo content
• Take ownership in developing pre-production plans including lining up talent (mostly internal) for shoots and/or working with external partners when relevant
• Coordinate with internal contacts and external partners to line up additional content creation opportunities including scripting and set-related elements
• Direct talent in order to get best-in-class video and photographic content
• Talent must be directed for performance, appearance, audio, and visual
• Responsible for post-production special effects, text treatments, logos on screen, files with audio tracks and subtitles for various formats/media

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3 years experience in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, Film Making, or other relevant fields including experience in an agency or working for a brand in a related role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of video, audio, and photographic equipment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement
• Knowledge of trends in the video and social media industry in terms of how customers interact with visual media
• Up to 10% travel may be required
