The Coda apartment complex is seeking a highly motivated individual for their Tier 2 Maintenance Technician to maintain our brand-new apartment complex in Syracuse, NY. This is a unique position at a brand-new property to hire your team to maintain our Class A complex. At least 5 years previous experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.

The Ideal candidate is high energy level, personable and professional as this position is does have face-to-face interaction with our clientele (current and future tenants). Primary responsibilities are 1) assist in complex handover from construction to ownership, 2) work with various trades and subcontractors during 1st year of construction warranty, 3) maintain property with goal of keeping units in like-new condition and ground clean, and 4) will assist with tightly scheduled unit turn process between vacating and new residents.

• Mechanical aptitude a must. Knowledge of drywall, electrical, plumbing. HVAC necessary to some degree.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
