About Ridgerunner Cafe:
Ridgerunner Cafe is an exciting new drive-thru and carry-out cafe set to open in Farmington, AR. We aim to become a staple in the community, known for our quick, friendly service and our delicious, handcrafted beverages. Our menu will feature a sandwiches, salads, amazing cookies and refreshing lemonades. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking to build a team of passionate individuals who share our commitment to quality and excellent customer service.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an outgoing Cashier who is enthusiastic about joining a new venture and making a significant impact from the very beginning. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for interacting with the public and a talent for creating positive customer experiences. This role is not just about handling transactions; it involves preparing a variety of beverages with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:
Offer a warm, friendly welcome to each customer at the drive-thru or carry-out window.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffees and lemonades, ensuring each order meets Ridgerunner Cafe's standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless, efficient operation.
Provide input on drink preparation processes and customer service practices to help the cafe improve and grow.
Requirements:
Outgoing and positive personality, with a passion for customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Interest in coffee and drink preparation; prior experience is a plus but not required.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to making Ridgerunner Cafe a success.
