Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests. You will showcase your knowledge of beverages, mixology, and exceptional bartending skills to deliver high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, banquets, or catering services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
