The Club at Longview is Hiring a Clubhouse Building Maintenance Near Waxhaw, NC

The Club at Longview is hiring for a Full Time Building Clubhouse Maintenance employee. This person will have the following responsibilities:

Assist with general maintenance, repairs and service of utilities.
Perform maintenance for road signs, light poles, etc. within property.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance of buildings.
Perform minor electrical work, as required.
Perform general plumbing work such as unstopping drains, repairing faucets, soldering and brazing.
Review all work products to ensure highest level of quality.
Keep tools, equipment and machines clean and in safe operating order.
Follow all procedures for safe and efficient operation of tools, equipment and machines.
Abide by all federal, state and company safety guidelines.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with members, employees, guests, contractors, and vendors.
