The Club at Barefoot Beach is a private, members-only club located on Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs. Our club offers exceptional amenities, food and beverage service, tennis, full beachy access, and a year-round calendar of social events and activities.

As an employee of The Club at Barefoot Beach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality-based service to our Members and Guests. It is your responsibility to maintain a safe dining ambience for all our guests and to provide a “One-of-a-Kind” experience for our members.

Brief job summary:

The Club at Barefoot Beach is looking for high energy, genuine and courteous Server Assistant/Food Runner with focus on member’s experience and professionalism.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Set up dining room and patio before service.
• Provide assistance to servers by watering tables and bread service.
• Clean and sanitize tables after members are finished dining.
• Keep side work up to par at all times which includes, rollups, napkin folds and polishing dishware.
• While running food: Deliver food to beach and dining room using tray service.
• Converse and engage to ensure members/guests satisfaction.
• Provide excellent hospitality and exceed expectations to our membership.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

· Stand on feet for 8 plus hours a day

• Responsible for completing all duties assigned by the leadership of the Club.

Benefits:

Complimentary shift meal. For full-time employees, the benefits package includes health, dental insurance, 403(b) matching, vacation time Off, paid holidays, short and long-term disability. Secondary Education Scholarship funds available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
