The Club at Barefoot Beach is a private, members-only club located on Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs. Our club offers exceptional amenities, food and beverage service, tennis, full beachy access, and a year-round calendar of social events and activities.

As an employee of The Club at Barefoot Beach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality-based service to our Members and Guests. It is your responsibility to maintain a safe dining ambience for all our guests and to provide a “One-of-a-Kind” experience for our members.

Brief job summary:

The Club at Barefoot Beach is looking for high energy, genuine and courteous Beach attendant with focus on member’s experience and professionalism. This team member is the first point of contact for all members and their guests entering the pool/beach area.

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Set up beach chairs and umbrellas.
• Provide towel services to all members and guests.
• Replenish guest towels from housekeeping.
• Keeping pool & beach areas clean & assisting Beach servers with cleanliness of areas.
• Be an active leader with guest activities while ensuring safety.
• Converse and engage to ensure members/guests satisfaction.

· Must be able to lift and beach chairs up to 30 lbs.

· Able to physically walk on sand to service guests with chairs and umbrellas.

· Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Responsible for completing all duties assigned by the leadership of the Club.

Shifts:

· Flexible hours | Afternoon hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
