Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented floating cleaner to join our team. As a floating cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities that we oversee along with performing quality control checks on those same facilities. Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures

- Adhere to company policies and regulations

- Drive company provided vehicle to multiple locations throughout the North Shore and some areas in Middlesex County.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in floor care, custodial, or commercial cleaning is preferred

- Knowledge of buffing techniques is a plus

- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning agents

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is an asset

- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is desirable

Note: This position requires the ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
